Finca Sophia is a coffee farm located in Volcán, in the Tierras Altas District of Chiriquí Province, Panama. Finca Sophia was established by Willem Boot, founder and CEO of Boot Coffee, and Helen Russell, co-founder and CEO of Equator co-founder and CEO of Equator Coffees & Teas, with the goal of pushing the boundaries of coffee production in Panama. Founded in 2008, the farm is situated at an elevation of 2,100 meters, making it one of the highest-altitude coffee farms in Panama. Finca Sophia La Roca Geisha Natural earned 94.88 points and took third place in the Geisha Natural category at the 2025 Best of Panama (BoP) (Best of Panama) Geisha Natural category, scoring 94.88 points and placing third. At the auction held on August 7, 2025 (Japan time), it was purchased for US$5,105.00 per kilogram by Grand Cru Coffee (China) for Blendin Coffee Club and others.
