Finca El Recuerdo is a coffee farm located in the municipality of Juayúa, Sonsonate Department, El Salvador. As a coffee-producing region, it is classified as part of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec area. Finca El Recuerdo is one of the farms owned by Café Gregg. The farm owner is Juan Carlos Gregg Meza. Gregg is a fourth-generation coffee producer who began managing the farm in earnest in 2004. In 2007, he participated in an SCAA event, where he met WATARU, which led to the start of his business dealings with the Japanese market. Café Gregg owns several farms, including its flagship Shangrila, as well as El Recuerdo, San Jose, and San Blass. Greg acquired the El Recuerdo farm in 2004. It primarily cultivates Bourbon coffee.
